MakeUp Eraser has been designed to remove even the toughest make-up including waterproof mascara, eyeliner, HD makeup and lipstick with water alone. The microfibre MakeUp Eraser is machine washable, lasts more the 1,000 washes and will save you money when compared to other products.
The Make Up Eraser is made from a specially knitted micro fibre which is many times finer than human hair, when wet the eraser creates a hydro-mechanical process that breaks the surface tension of the oils that bond make up to the skin.

Waist Trainer Size Chart
VEST SIZING: We recommend ordering one size larger if you decide on the VEST. They are a smaller fit than normal sizing.
WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION: If your weight is evenly distributed among your whole body then the sizing chart can be accurately depicted according to height and weight. However, if a significant amount of your weight is concentrated in the abdominal area, we recommend ordering one size up. Please order the corsets based on measuring around your belly button area. Do not order based on the size you will like to be. Please order based off your height and weight on the size chart if you order a size to small IT WILL NOT FIT. If you are in doubt, order one size larger.
NOTE: We recommend that someone assist you in putting the waist trainer on for the first time in efforts to better fit the waist trainer to your body shape. However, if you are putting the waist trainer on yourself, it is easier to lay flat horizontally while snapping the hooks together.
PLEASE DO NOT assume that the waist trainer is too small just because you are having difficulty putting it on. The first few times you put on your waist trainer may require assistance.

How long is your shipping timeframe?
All items are subject to a 3 day processing timeframe. Please allow 8-15 business days for shipping of all items and 15-20 days for international orders. If you need your order within 5-7 business days (no weekends or holidays are included in the calculation) please pay for the Expedited shipping option.
Are business days the same as Calendar days?
NO, business days are Mon - Friday normal 8 am to 5 pm business hours. Weekends and Holidays are never included in business days.
Ex. If you placed and order on Friday at 6pm this will be counted as being placed on Monday at 8 am due to our offices being closed at 5 pm.
What is processing time?
Processing time is the time it takes to gather your funds from the payment processor, confirm payment has been cleared and then the time it takes to package and arrange your order to be forwarded to a shipping provider.
Why don't I have a tracking number after placing my order Amazon gives tracking numbers the next day don't all businesses work the same?NO, we are not a large online retailer like Amazon.com, we are a small online based business and do not operate the same as a big box retailer. Please allow time for your item to be processed and shipped before contacting us regarding tracking information.

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. However when using your paypal account we will only ship to those who have a confirmed address. Name of purchaser must match paypal info.
How do refunds work?
There are no refunds we do allow store credit.
What size should I select?
When ordering make sure you have your correct size at hand do not try to get a cincher smaller than your recommended size on our size chart, IT WILL NOT FIT and we will not allow any exchanges for customer error.
If you know your waist measurements we recommend you use it to match the corresponding number size on the size chart. If you waist measurement is under 30 inches please order a size XS (30) this will be the best fit for you. We do not suggest sizes due to different body types, weight, height,etc. Sizing charts are available in description.
I cant put my cincher on its too small what should I do?
It may appear that the corset is too small, you will need help getting into the corset, please use the "PULL and HOOK Method" which consist of you pulling the clincher forward towards your partner and your partner hooking the garment for you.
When first starting to wear the corset, It will have a tight fit and your body will need to get use to the corset. The corset is designed to be worn on the 1st set of latches, after hours, days, or weeks (depending on the comfort level) you should be able to get to the 2nd latches and be able to put the corset on yourself without help!!
If you experience discomfort or develop a slight rash due the latex, place a thin layer (tank top/cami) between the corset and clothing.
I'm not satisfied. How do I vent my frustration?
If you are not satisfied with our service please go easy on us if it is something small because we will most likely feel really bad about screwing up. If we really, really screw up please feel free to email us entirely in caps lock. We will replace, repair, rebuild, rerecord, repackage, resend, redo, re-stamp, and or reseal anything that disappears into shipping oblivion.
Due to high volumes of orders we do not personally issue confirmation/tracking numbers. Tracking numbers and confirmation will be automatically sent via email (your paypal email) through USPS.com and you will also be able to log into your account and track your item. If shipping time exceeds and you have not receive your package please contact our company so we can take care of your matter.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your approval and RMA# once we've received and processed the returned item request.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be required to pay for your return shipping costs. Items purchased valued at $50 or more require tracking numbers for returns.
You may return new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for an exchange item, please make sure to send us the returning tracking info as soon as you receive it. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your new item within 7 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your item much quicker.
